We want you to be happy with your purchase from Inkspire Online. Since our products are custom-made just for you, returns are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
You have received the wrong product (different design, size, or color from what you ordered).
Your product is damaged during delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or wrong product must be sent to us for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products with personalized/custom designs where the error is due to the customer’s submitted image/text.
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.
After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
